Getting married to a girl who is not baaligh

Q: We learn that Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) married Hazrath Ayesha (Radiyallahu Anha) at a very young age. Is this something that was limited to Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) or that era, or is it permissible for us to also make Nikah with a girl who is not baaligh? We also learn that Hazrath Ayesha (Radiyallahu Anaha) only went to live with Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) later. Was this because Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) was waiting for Hazrath Ayesha (Radiyallahu Anha) to become baaligh before Hazrath Ayesha (Radiyallahu Anha) came to live with Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?

A: We advise you to ask questions that are relevant and regarding things you wish to embark upon.

As above.

If you find such a girl that you are interested in then consult your parents and her parents and if they are all interested then you may resend this question.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: Maaf for not mentioning that I am interested in a girl who is not yet baligh and that is why I asked the question. Can Mufti Saheb please explain whether Nikah can be made now or not and also explain regarding wadaa. And any other advice for me in this situation.

A: If her parents happily consent to this then the nikaah will be valid. Let the wadaa take place after she is strong enough and capable to take on the responsibilities of nikaah etc.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
