Smoking marijuana two days before Qurbaani

Q: Last year I smoked marijuana 2 days before Qurbani. Was my slaughtering thus accepted or is a khaza required? Also, is it a requirement for a person slaughtering to recite all the duas including inniwajahtu or is the takbeer alone fine?
A:
1. You should sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala for committing this serious sin. Committing sins causes the noor of good deeds to be lost. Make a firm resolve that you will never repeat this in the future. Your Qurbaani was valid.
2. It is more rewarding to recite the dua Inni wajjahtu together with the takbeer. However if one had sufficed on reciting the takbeer at the time of slaughter, the Qurbaani will be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
