Method of making masah of the head

Q: What's the correct manner of making masah of the head during wudhu?
A: Masah of the head will be done once. The method of masah is that one will take both his hands and pass them over the entire head starting from the front moving towards the back of the head.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
(ومسح كل الرأس مرة) وكيفيته أن يضع كفيه وأصابعه على مقدم رأسه ويمدهما إلى قفاه على وجه يستوعب جميع الرأس ثم يمسح أذنيه بأصبعيه (درر الحكام شرح غرر الأحكام 1/11)
والأظهر أنه يضع كفيه وأصابعه على مقدم رأسه ويمدهما إلى قفاه على وجه يستوعب جميع الرأس ثم يمسح أذنيه بإصبعيه (تبيين الحقائق 1/5)
الاستيعاب في مسح الرأس سنة وصورة ذلك أن يضع أصابع يديه على مقدم رأسه وكفيه على فوديه ويمدهما إلى قفاه (فتاوى قاضيخان 1/16)
