Becoming excited when talking to girls

Q: I am 22 years old and work in an IT company. I have to interact with a lot of girls all the time to solve their computer issues and while talking to them I get excited and a white liquid flows from my penis. But, it does not lead to ejaculation. Altough my intentions are not pervert I had this issue when I used to carry small kids as well but it has stopped now. But I still have this issue with girls. So,does it break my gusul ? Do I have to take gusul again? Is there any way to stop this?

A: In a working environment when one interacts with females, one should be extremely careful that he does not fall into sin at any time, regardless of whether the sin is related to the eyes (through casting lustful glances at females), the heart (through taking enjoyment and passion whist speaking to them) or any other sin. If one continuously falls into sin and is unable to save himself, then one should leave such an environment and look for a job elsewhere where he will be saved from sin and his Deen will be protected.

If whilst interacting with a female, one is aroused and some fluid (besides semen) is emitted, ones wudhu will break and ghusl will not become compulsory upon him. However if one ejaculates, then ghusl will be waajib.

And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
