Performing Salaah where there is a picture
Q: I read somewhere with reference to Radd ul Mukhtaar that if the picture is behind the person it is Makruh Tanzihi.
Also I read another reference that if the picture is at the left, or right or behind than it is makruh tanzihi, but if the picture is in front than it is makruh tahrimi, the reference was Fatawa Qadikhan 1/119. Can you please re-check this ?
A: It is correct.

Q: If there is a picture behind the praying person, is this makruh tahrimi or makruh tanzihi?

Q: What if a picture is outside the house but it can be seen from a window. There is outside my house a car parked with a logo.This car can be seen from window of the room I am praying in. The window does fall behind me. As I am praying upstairs the car is parked at a distance of about 8 meters, and as I am upstairs I am looking down to the car. Does this make the salaah also makruh (and is it tahrimi or tanzihi) ? Must salaah be repeated if offered like this?
A: It is undesirable.

Q: I was praying in a room and at the right side of me was a bed, I noticed afterwards that the sheet of bed was a picture on but it was for the most covered with aa upper sheet only from the sides the fingers (body, head etc. was covered) was seen. In such case was the salaah makruh?
A: The salaah is valid.
