Dajjaal reviving the dead

Q: I have read hadith that dajjal will revive the dead he will cut person with his sword kill him and will revive him but in holy quran it is stated that god will only revive dead on day of judgment no one else can revive the dead person?

A: Where the hadeeth has made an exception or the Qur'aan has made an exception you should not have any difficulty in accepting it. Like Esa (alaihis salaam) had the ability of bringing people back to life. This is an exception to the system; it is not the general law. What you are speaking of is the general law.
