Marital problems
Q: I want to ask you about a good prayer to make my husband good as he is changed after he came to dubai and meeting friends. He keeps telling everything about us to his mom and she never find his mistake. I am from maldives and he is frm india a Christian he is . When we got married he converted to Islam and he was good when we were staying in maldives. But now he met his old friends and always goin to drink and doesn't care about me fights with me leaves me crying and goes out with girls and boys to party. And I am pregnant 2 months now and still he makes me cry always. I am very sad please help me to find a solution and tell me good dua to make him realise those friends are not good and to make him love Islam more.
A: Commence with the following programme at home:
(1) Start off with the ta`leem of Fazaa’il-e-A`maal, Fazaa’il-e-A`maal and Bahishti Zewar for approximately 15 minutes in the mornings and evenings.
(2) Recite some portion of the Qur’aan.
(3) Do zikr of the kalimah laa ilaaha illallah, Durood Shareef and istighfaar.
(4) Make a du`aa at the end of each session, begging Allah Ta`ala for His special help, mercy and forgiveness for oneself and the rest of the ummat.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
