"Talaaq day daita hun" se talaaq

Q: I had some argument with my husband during which I forced him to leave me and he uttered the words "ok me day daita hun talaaq"(ok I give you divorce)". He said all these words three times. He didnt say me daita hun he said day daita hun. We had intercourse on the same day early morning. Now I want to know whether this divorce pronounced three times has been implicated or not. Do we have the right to reunite or not?

A: Agar talaaq diya nahi, mahaz kaha talaaq deta hu aur mustaqbil ka iraadah tha to nahi huwa.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
