Two Dreams
Q: I have had two dreams of late and would like to get some understanding of what I had seen.
1st Dream:
I dreamed I was in Makkah, by the Kabaah, and looking at the Hajr Aswad in the hope of touching it. I made my way towards it and managed to touch it. I was very happy as my wish was fulfilled. As I looked up at that point, I noticed the Imaam from the Madinah Musjid looking at me ( I saw him previosy, hence recognised him at 1st glance). I wondered why he seemed closer to the Hajr Awad, and made my way to where I thought he was standing, in the hope of getting to the Hajr Aswad with ease. I found myself on the 2nd floor of the haram. I walked towards the place he was standing, and he passed me, as he walked away. I went to that place he was standing and saw so many trays of sweetmeats there. I then tried to touch the Hajr Aswad again from there, and when I put my hand into it, something that looked like sugar, white in colour came out in my hands. I could'nt understand what this was, and tasted it. The taste was unbelievable and it had the scent that we smell from the Kabaah. I then got a fright because I realised I was fasting and now my fast would have broken for tasing this "sugar". I tried to wipe away the remaining fragrance from my mouth, but could not. I then saw my mum coming towards me with a tray of chopped something that looked like coconut. I carefully placed the "sugar" over it and told my mother, we need to share this with everyone.
2nd Dream:
This time I saw my mother and I making tawaaf of the Kabaah. I then waited my turn to go touch the Hajr Aswad. I eventually got there, and this time it looked like a white marble stone (not blak the way we see it now). I placed my head into it, and felt a strong force holding my face inside it. I tried to move my head, but the force was too strong. I eventually moved my head out. I was shocked and couldnt believe what had just happened to me. I then tried to put my head back inside it. At this stage, I clearly could hear myself saying: "Yah Allah, Ab tho Maaf Karde" ( I said this in urdu). I then removed my head. As I did that I looked up at the Kabaah, and noticed my brother's name written clearly on the Kabaah, NASEEM. I then could hear him in the background talking to my mother. It seemed as though his voice was coming from inside the Kabaah. I reached over to see where he was. I noticed the door of the Kabaah was wide open. I tried to look inside, all I could see was a bright light and I became terrified, to try to look again. At this point I got up.
Please can Mufti give me some clarity on these 2 dreams?
A: The interpretation of both dreams are:
Insha Allah, Allah Ta’ala will bless you with the ability of turning more towards him in taubah and coming onto the Sunnah and Allah Ta’ala will bless you the ability to share the Sunnah with those around you.
