Carrying kitaabs in a knapsack over one's shoulders

Q: Is it disrespectful for students of Deen who are becoming Ulama to keep their kitaabs (not notebooks) in a knapsack bag which is carried over one's shoulder on their back? Even their Asaatiza who are teaching final year kitaabs carry their kitaabs in this manner.

A: The kitaabs of deen should be held with the greatest amount of respect, not like any ordinary literature and material.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
