Women going to the Haram for salaah

Q:

1. I heard that it is more virtuous for a female to pray at the hotel than praying in the Masjid Nabawi or at the Kabah. Is this true?

2. If so, will she be sinful for praying in these Masjids without need?

3. Also, would it be better for her to stay in the hotel than to perform nafl tawafs?

A:

1. Yes.

2. When the ulama have discouraged this then to disregard the consensus of the ulama is also wrong.

3. If she does the tawaaf at a time and in a way that she does not touch any man and she is dressed correctly then it is virtuous for her.
