Masturbation and haraam relationship

Q: What is considered more haraam, masturbation for men or men having friendship with a woman?

A: People ask these types of questions thinking within themselves that rather you do the less haraam. Look at it from this perspective that whatever the wrong be, but whose disobedience does this amount to. In both cases, it amounts to the disobedience of Allah Ta`ala. When it amount to His disobedience, then this question is irrelevant. Just as a small fire can become an inferno and result in destruction then the same applies to a dynamite.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
