Should the recitation in Qadha Salaah be silent or loud?

Q: If one has missed Fajr due oversleep, and one is going to make it up after sunrise or before praying Dhuhr, should he make the recitation loudly or silently if one is praying alone? And what if one performs it together with other people? Or with someone who wants to join him as a nafila for him?

A: If he is making qadha of the fajar salaah in jamaat, then reciting loudly is permissible. If he is making qadha alone, then he should recite softly.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
