Kya biwi ke salary me showhar ko haq hota he?

Q: Mufti saheb mera sawaal ye he ke abi mera nikaah huwa he or jis aadmi se mera nikaah huwa he hum dono eik he jaga job karte hain. Unki salary mujhse kum ha or mujhpe meri maa or mere bhaiyo ki kuch zimmadari ha jis ma unka sath deti hu. Apni salary ka kuch hissa apne shohar ko bhi deti hu que ke Hazrat Khadija RA ne apny maal ko shohar ke naam kar dia tha. Mera sawaal he ke agar meri maa or bhaiyo ki zarurat barh jaye to kya mjhpe laazim he ke muje apne shohar ke sath sab se pehle dena ha?

A: Shohar ko dena seedhe se wajib nahi. Haq aapka he. Aur maa baap ko dena aapka zimmah he jabke woh muhtaaj ho aur fardh he.
