Representative of a Muslim girl whose parents are non-Muslim

Q: A Muslim brother intends to marry a girl who is a non-Muslim but she intends to become a Muslim before nikaah. What is the ruling pertaining to her parents (non-Muslim) being guardians and whom should be her guardian in this case?

A: After she embraces Islam it will be permissible for him to marry her. Some of the good responsible elders of the society should represent her.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
