Performing salaah wearing a mask and social distancing at the masjid

Q: Is salaat valid when performed in congregation wearing a mask and social distancing at the local mosque?
A: Social distancing is directly against the emphasised teaching of Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam). And people who are generally required to put on masks, they normally drop down the masks to below the lips and then perform the namaaz.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
