Married woman talking to the man she was in love with before she got married
Q: Can a woman, who loved someone, but they separated and she married a person who is a good person and she has no issues with him religiously and he treats her well. She was ok with the person but once she started talking to the person she loved, she wanted to take khula and marry him. Is it permissible in islam?
A: When she finds her husband fulfilling all her needs and is good towards her, then there is no need for her to think of other men. This is shameless behaviour that she is in contact with another strange man while being married. It is not permissible for a woman to have any contact with a strange man. This haraam relationship and contact creates a lot of instability and complications in her nikaah. Hence, such a woman will not be faithful to her husband and nor will she be in the nikaah of another man. She should immediately cut off ties and stop speaking to the strange man she is in contact with and sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala for committing this sin.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
