Gums Bleeding After Using the Miswaak
Q: After brushing my teeth with a Miswaak, my gums bleed. How or until when, do I have to complete my wudhu thereafter?
A: The easier thing for you is to brush your teeth with the miswaak and postpone your wudhu for five or six minutes later. Insha-Allah within this period your bleeding will subside and you may then gently gargle your mouth and complete the wudhu.
شروط صحة الوضوء ... عموم البشرة بالماء الطهور وانقطاع ما ينافيه من حيض ونفاس وحدث وزوال ما يمنع وصول الماء إلى الجسد كشمع وشحم (نور الإيضاح صــ 21)
(وشرط صحته) أي الوضوء (ثلاثة) ... الثاني (انقطاع ما ينافيه من حيض ونفاس) لتمام العادة (و) انقطاع (حدث) حال التوضؤ لأنه بظهور بول وسيلان ناقض لا يصح الوضوء (مراقي الفلاح صـ 61)
Q: Earlier on, it was mentioned that I should wait for a while after Miswak, then commence the Wudhu. Will the reward of Miswaak in Wudhu still hold even though it was not done in the actual Wudhu itself
