Not performing Fajr Salaah

Q:

1. Someone prays all Salaahs on time except the Fajr prayer which he misses for many reasons. One is that he watches TV, etc. Will Allah (SWT) accept from him the four prayers if he doesn't pray Salat Al-Fajr? 
2. I have sleep problem, I don't fall asleep easily.  I try using alarm to wake me up for fajr salah but it doesn't works.  If I wake up for fajr I can't fall asleep again so can I pray fajr as qaza during zuhr time, praying as qaza would fajr be valid?

A: ​

1. They are accepted, but you are commencing the day with a very bad note, with the shaytaan urinating in your ear. So how do you expect the day to run smoothly for you.
2. This is not a valid reason.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَىٰ وَقُومُوا لِلَّـهِ قَانِتِينَ ﴿البقرة: ٢٣٨﴾

عن أبي وائل عن عبد الله قال ذكر لرسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم رجل نام ليلة حتى أصبح قال ذلك الشيطان بال في أذنيه ( سنن ابن ماجه # 1330)
