Interacting with women at the toll roads

Q: How should one deal with the toll plazas where most of the time there are ladies working. One has to pay the money, sometimes receive change, and most of the time there would be contact between ones hands and the lady working there?

A: The best way of saving yourself from this situation entirely is that you just give her the exact amount so that there will be no question of receiving any change.
