Reciting durood-e-Ibrahim in the first qa'dah of a fardh salaah

Q: I performed my Zuhr fard salaah. In the qa'dah (sitting) after two rakaats, I recited the tashahhud, durood and the Dua. Then I remembered that it is a four rakaat salaah, and without making salaam, I stood up and continued and completed the Salaah. However, I did not make sajdah-e-sahw. Is my salaah valid?

Q: I missed my Salaah when I was a musaafir. After coming back to my town, if I want to do qadha of the same, How many rakaats must I offer? Two or four?

Q: A secret nikaah was performed, girls parents are against it especially because this makes her a second wife and because the first wife has an infant her first child. If the husband is pressured by the parents to give talaaq and he does, on whom does the Gunaah fall? The parents openly said they are answerable for their daughter to Allah and will accept the punishment. This marriage is only causing anarchy on both sides. Please advise.

Q: Please tell me a wazifa so I can pass my driving test. I failed many times. I am fed up now, and also my husband lives with a non Muslim lady. How should I bring him back.
