Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Oral sex and haraam fantasizing

Q: Kindly shed some light on the following:

  1. Oral sex , with and without a condom? And a man giving his wife oral?
  2. When my wife and I have sexual relations, after foreplay I insert my private part into her vagina and tell her a sexual story while she fondles her private part till she climaxes. Many a times the story revolves around us having sex on the beach while others watch and sometimes we include others in the relationship story. Is this acceptable?

Marrying one's father's daughter

Q: My mum got married to my dad when she was very young. I was a result of that marriage that didn't last. After few years my she married a man that became my dad in every way. I got married and had kids my wife is a cancer patient and gave me permission to mary again. On the night of my walimah I found out that my dad got married again after my mum and had 2 kids a boy and a girl. He got divorced again and married another woman from whom he had a daughter who happens to be my second wife. We already consummated our marriage. I am so confused.

Marrying a shia

Q: Is the Nikaah between a Sunni girl and a Shia boy halaal or not? The mother of boy is Sunni and the father is Shia. The same with their grand parents. They lived happily without interfering with each others maslak. They ask to do the Sunni nikaah and every thing according to our maslak. Please guide me with proper reference. The family of boy is not staunch. They don't do matam but they do disrespect the Sahaba ikram.

Mahar

Q: I want to ask about Haqmehar. What is prompt and what is deferred Mahar? And if the word "Ind-ul-talb"which means "on demand" is written on Nikahnama along with deferred mahar. If the husband has paid prompt dower at the time of marriage and then abandon the wife after some months and the wife due to abandonment by husband for more than 2 years is demanding her deferred and ind-ul-talb haq mahar then what are islamic rules about it?

Consulting one's parents with regards to nikaah

Q: I have got to know a boy from my town and we both have fallen for each other. I performed salaahtul istikhara and my dreams where positive. However his parents do not approve of me. I have been modern but I try hard to live my life Islamically. He has performed istikhara salaah as well but didn't have any dreams. We really want to make our relationship halaal. What should we do?

Parents forcing a girl to get married

Q:

  1. A girl was forced to accept a boy for Nikah. She was threatened to be killed by her parents if she refused and thus she accepted verbally and in writing against her will. She was not happy about the boy. After the Nikah she was forced to go live with him. After some time living with him she is still not happy about him. Was the Nikah valid? If not, then was all the time that was spent together (seclusion, talking, touching, etc...) considered sinful on both the boy and the girl? What should the girl do in this situation now? Is it Wajib for her to separate from him? What should the boy do if he finds out now that the girl was forced into the Nikah against her will?
  2. In another scenario the girl was not threatened to be killed, but instead she was pressured by her parents and other relatives and she thus accepted verbally and in writing under their pressure to make them happy. However she herself was not happy with the Nikah. After the Nikah she was pressured to go live with him. After some time living with him she is still not happy about him. Was the Nikah valid? If not, then was all the time that was spent together (seclusion, talking, touching, etc...) considered sinful on both the boy and the girl? What should the girl do in this situation now? Is it Wajib for her to separate from him? What should the boy do if he finds out now that the girl was pressured into the Nikah and she is not happy with him?
  3. If in scenario 1 the girl becomes happy with the boy after living with him for some time is the original Nikah still valid? Do they have to re-do the Nikah?
  4. If in scenario 2 the girl becomes happy with the boy after living with him for some time is the original Nikah still valid? Do they have to re-do the Nikah?
