It seems as is there is an emphasis of great virtue of this specific durood. Are there any virtues or specific benefits or importance of this durood?

Q: I've read in an authentic book that durood can be a means for our ibadah being accepted. Does this mean that durood purifies the good deeds a person has done like istigfar? For example a person does deeds with inadequate sincerity and then does durood.

Q: Can a woman in haidh write Durood Shareef in the books provided to write, as it has the name of Allah in Arabic and I would end up touching the word Allah which is written in Arabic.
I have been doing it during my haidh, but I read somewhere that a woman in haidh cannot touch the name of Allah that's written in Arabic
