Q: If someone got involved in intercourse before marriage and then got married later to that woman, off course this is not permissable in Islam (May Allah forgive them). Is there is any Kafara now?

Doubts before marriage
Q: I want to get married but many doubts arise in my mind, so I need your clarification in regards to this matter. Firstly, I always think that what if I ejaculate prematurely. Secondly, does the amount ejaculated matter as I believe I am fertile but want to know if a person should ejaculate a certain amount in order to fullfil the wifes rights. Also, does the strength of the orgasm itself matter and how long should the orgasm itself last. Besides this I know I am not impotent but I just feel that I should be able to satisfy the wifes needs as this is what is required. Because I fear Allah by going into a marriage and I am unable to fullfil the wifes rights. Other then this I try my best to have good akhlaq and live a life of taqwa.
Getting married in a family that is involved in bid'aat
Q: Please advise me, I come from a tablighi family background. I have met this girl, she is hard core sunni. The entire family, mazaars salami etc. Is it ok to marry into this family? I don't follow their stuff rose water and feather duster and standing for salami. I wasn't brought up to. Please advise me on what to do. Also they don't want to let us get married but instead wait a few years. We both over 20 and know each other for 3 years.
Spending the night with another wife in the absence of the wife who's turn it is
Q: Can a man spend the night with his other wife if the wife who's turn it is, is not there even though she did not give him permission to spend the night with his other wife?

Husband living in another country
Q: Is their any reward in this situation for the wife if her husband is living in another country. After marriage (arranged marriage with his own will) they lived together only for 10 days and then he left. Though he calls her daily but he does not speak. Only he asks what is happening there. Now wife is frustrated with this. He never shares his feelings emotions or anything else. Never say any loving and sympathetic word although she always used to express her feelings as she loves him a lot. If she ask anything about there that also he does not like. Then how she can talk to him? Because his incomplete paper wife did not get visa but for that also he never feels sorry. Wife is very disturbed and every moment has become very hard for her. Please help her what dua wazifa she should read.
