Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q:

1. If a women gets aroused while sitting with her husband and the vaginal area gets wet,but no intercourse takes place; does ghusl become fardh on the lady?
2. If the husband fondles his wife's clitoris and she does not orgasm but the area does become wet, is ghusl fardh?
3. Can the husband and wife masturbate each other?
4. Is oral sex allowed in Islam, if none of the najaasat is swallowed?
5. Is it permissable for a couple to use vibrators and other sex toys?

Q: Is it permissible for a women to have a contract before marriage stipulating that the husband cannot take another wife for five years. If it is permissible and the husband agrees and violates the agreement by taking another wife, does the wife have grounds for a khula?

Q: I was married but found out the woman had a boyfriend during and before my nikah. Do I still have to pay the remaining dowry even though I have divorced her?

Q: Is it permissible for a woman to stipulate before marriage that the husband cannot take another wife for a certain amount of years? If the husband does take another wife, does it nullify the nikkah?

Q: If a wife's intention is to marry a man simply for dowry and then divorcing the man, in Allah's eyes is this a punishable act and does the entire dowry need to be paid. Also if she had been having an affair, does dowry need to be paid? How is a man compensated?

Q: I have received money from family for my children who are still minors. Can I use this money that was given specifically in their names to buy nappies, clothes and other items for their use?

Q: Why may one not be intimate with ones spouse on the nights of the two eids? Why is it not allowed?

Q: Is it haraam for a husband to touch his wife between the navel and the knee while she is menstruating? My husband says its not haraam to touch, he just can't use the navel to the knee for his pleasure? Is that correct?

Q: The following are few questions regarding a woman in the state of haidh or janaabat:

1. Can her husband fulfil his desires using her thighs? If not, can it be fulfilled by putting a thin garment in between?
2. Can the husband touch the area between the navel and knee with his bear hands? Also, can their thighs meet without any barrier between together with having the private parts covered?

Q:  If someone got involved in intercourse before marriage and then got married later to that woman,  off course this is not permissable in Islam (May Allah forgive them). Is there is any Kafara now?
