Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I performed nikaah few days back but after some days the witness told my husband that he didn't listen to the nikaah ceremony properly and didn't listen when I said "yes" for the nikaah. He said that during nikaah his mind was deviated from the ceremony and in short he didn't listen to our nikaah and my acceptance. He then advised my husband that he should perform nikaah with me again. So I just want to say that was that nikaah valid or not because the witness denied that he listened to the nikaah.

Q: A boy is getting married. Although he is not wealthy, he pays zakaat. Does he pay mahr-e-faatimi or the minimum mahr?

Q: I keep making oaths and I am worried they will affect if I am allowed to marry my fiance or not. I made an oath that if I marry him then my marriage is not valid. Does this mean I am still married? Please help me I really want to marry him and I am scared that I wont be able to marry him because or these oaths.

Q: What are the least possible requirements of doing nikaah? Is it possible in the presence of only two witnesses and bride and groom? Or the presence of a Molvi is necessary?

Q: My brother had nikah in a situation where his mother in-law was suffering from cancer and passed away one week before marriage so he had no walima done. Now after Ramdhaan my mother got seriously ill and had to opt for lumbar spine. She has to be in bed for at least three months. We are three siblings, two sisters and brother. Both sisters also married. Is it allowed for my brother to bring his wife without walima to look after my mother?

Q: Can the husband and wife hide the passwords of their social network chats from each other? Does the husband have the right to know with whom his wife is chatting and vice versa?

Q: If anybody with sadqa intention give marriage food is it allowed or not? People who are eating this food do not know it is sadqa.

Q: I have been married one year and three months to a Muslim convert woman. She was practicing Islam till about three months ago when she decided to revert to her former religion (IFA ORISHA). Should I divorce her?

Q: Is using methods of contraception (condoms, tablets, etc) allowed in Islam?
