Q: What are the least possible requirements of doing nikaah? Is it possible in the presence of only two witnesses and bride and groom? Or the presence of a Molvi is necessary?
A: Two adult muslim male witnesses are sufficient to act as witnesses.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
