Q: My big brother passed away. I adopted his son. Can I use my name as his father as the child does not know about my big brother he only know that I am his father?

Q: I wanted to know that if a person is aroused by thinking of something else or seeing someone else but his mother in law is sitting next to him but he is not aroused by her in anyway nor is his attention on her but because they are sitting next to each other both body is in contact. Does this count? Also say you touched a woman with lust before marriage. Can you marry her daughter?

Q: A born Muslim girl is married to a Christian boy with her fathers consent. Her father (our close relative) told us that his happiness lies in his childrens happiness.

1. Can we break our relatioship with that relative and his family.
2. Even now also he does qurbani  in his daughter name who is now a christian. Is that ok?

Q: Can a person’s father marry his son’s mother-in-law and does it have any effect on the son’s nikah?

Q: Is it permissible for a man to take a second wife without his first wife’s approval?

Q: What amount of mahr will a woman be entitled to if her husband divorced her immediately after the Nikah (before spending any time with her in privacy)?

Q: How much mahr will a woman receive whose husband passed away before consummating the Nikah?

Q: Is it permissible for one to marry his divorced wife’s sister while his divorced wife is in iddat?
