Hajj & Umrah

Q: Is the extra reward for halq over qasr restricted to Hajj and Umrah only or applicable all the time?

Q:

1. What is the meezaab-e-rahmat?
2. In umrah what is the amount of qasr in cutting the hair?
3. How many times do you have to make istilaam in umrah, 8 or 9 times?
4. When should you read 2 nafl in the hateem?

Q: Can my wife who I am married to in sharia law. If I tell my wife you can not go for umrah or hajj with out me, can she go with her family against my wishes?

Q: I am living in Riyadh. I want to go for umrah from Riyadh. My brother is in Makkah and my sister is in Jeddah. Can I travel for umrah with my children by flight from Riyadh to Jeddah and perform umrah with my brother? He will pick me up from the  airport. If I stay for three to four days in Jeddah, from their can I perform umrah? From where must make the intention of Ihraam?

Q: Is it permissible to take pills to stop one’s period when performing hajj?

Q: Is a hajj that is performed by someone who's money is 100% haraam from selling drugs accepted, the person is a drug dealer. When the person is on Arafat is all his sins also forgiven when returning as a Hajji. Please give a detial explanation & what is the punishment.
