Oaths & Vows

Q: If one breaks an oath multiple times about the same thing, e.g," By Allah, I will not commit this sin again," and when he breaks this oath, then without paying the kaffaraah, he takes this oath again, then breaks it once more, will the kaffaraah have to be given once, or for both times?

Similarly, if a person breaks an oath repeatedly about different matters, and without paying the Kaffaraah, makes oaths once again, does he have to pay the kaffaraah once for all matters?

Q: If one breaks an oath, and then offers Salaatut Tasbeeh, would he still have to pay the Kaffaraah?

Q: I made a niyat to Allah Ta'ala that if one of my wishes are granted then I will keep 7 fasts for thanking Him. Now I have forgotten whether I made niyat for fasting 7 days continously or not, please advise?

Q: If someone gives a qasam (promise) to someone and says that if you do this again, you will see my dead face, and the person (who has been given the qasam) breaks the promise and does it again, thinking that it was not so important, what will be the implications?

Q: What is the ruling for the one who was habitual of having pleasure with oneself by crossing legs but later made sincere tauba and qasam that person will not do it again? After a long time while the person was sleeping, the person felt that crossing legs like that person used to do long time ago then immediately the person wakes up and controlled that action. Does the qasam break since it wasnt done in unconscious state?

Q: My daughter has a condition called chronic migraines - something she has had for almost 6 years now - Alhumdullilah she has trained herself and has increased her tolerance for pain. However there are some days where the pain is intense and she is unable to cope. Can she take out a mannat during the first 10 days of Muhurram? What are the rules and conditions for taking out a mannat? Can I, as her mom take out a mannat on her behalf? 

Q: If I make promise to Allah then if I break it, how will I make kafara? Do I have to make kafara for this?

Q:

1. If a girl made a qasam that she will only marry an aalim and then she gets a proposal from a person who is not an aalim but she likes his deen and aqlaaqh, so can she break the qasam?

2. Also, if she breaks the qasam and marries him, then how many kafarrahs will she have to give as she cannot remember how many times the qasam was taken?

Q: What is the kaffaarah for breaking a promise made to Allah? Also, if I make a promise to someone and I don't fullfil it, do I have to pay kaffaarah?

Q: I was forced to swear on my mothers life not to do something. I did not know it was haraam and now I am uncomfortable. Will she be harmed if I break this oath?
