Marrying a woman who was married to a non-Muslim

Q: I know a Muslim female who married a non-Muslim and now she has a 15 years old son. Now she wants to marry a Muslim. What about the son? If she wants him to be a Muslim and he does not accept then, what's the ruling in Islam. Also is it permissible to marry a woman who can't give birth to a child? If she did not marry a Muslim, there is a great danger to her Imaan. Can I marry her even if she is 15 years older than me? Please guide me in this regard.

Women working

Q: I want to marry a person. I love him. He before said he will not allow me to work after marriage so I refused marriage. He loves me so he said now he will allow me to work for my mama and for my own happiness. What if after marriage he will not allow me, so will he be sinful? Should I have to leave the job?

Not living with the new husband out of fear of losing custody of one's children

Q: I have a Muslim co-worker that got married a few months. She was a divorcee. The man she married has a teenage son from a previous marriage. She herself has 2 pre-teens. One being a girl. She does not live with this man as she's scared her ex-husband (whose been married for over 6 yrs now) will gain custody of the children. How valid is that marriage? The new husband is building a house so that her daughter can have her own room and bathroom in the house. By the time the house is built the girl will be 12 and the new husband's son will be 14. Is that allowed in Islam?

Consulting one's parents in regard to nikaah

Q: I have read istikaarah namaaz regarding marrying a boy I am intetested in. The first night I read, I had a confused dream. The second night that I read, I dreamt that the boy had passed away as well as two other females. A Moulana read the janaazah for the one female and she was his wife. If I remember correctly the second female was his daughter. He read a separate salaah for each. He was then supposed to read the janaazah salaah for the boy I'm interested in but he told me he cannot read it and he refused and I think he apologised. Thereafter the grave of the boy was moved, it was as though the entire grave was relocated to another location but it was not a graveyard and I remember the moulana tapping the top sand of the grave. The place where the graves of the other two females were also not in a graveyard. Please tell me what this means.
