Online stock trading

Q: The question is regarding online stock trading. To understand below are the few details:

CNC (Cash and Carry): Delivery trade using CNC with no leverage. Once bought, shares will get delivered to your demat account and if sold, shares will get debited from your demat account.

MIS (Margin Intraday Square off): Intraday trade using MIS for additional leverage between 9:15 AM and 3:20 PM. All open MIS positions get squared off at 3:20 PM.

The Question is regarding CNC and MIS. MIS is Haraam as the stocks will be squared off by the broker if not sold on the same day.

Regarding CNC I want to make it clear. When we buy the stocks via CNC The stocks will be confirmed like a bill generation and we get the right to sell it in the next minute and also if we want we can keep the stock for selling it later. Please let me know, whether we can do this delivery based trading or not? the complete rights are given to sell to buyer.

Takaaful

Q: I recently heard about Takaaful insurance and was interested in taking out a scheme to cover my home, business, cars, etc. Takaaful claims to be fully Shari’ah compliant, but when I went to the Takaaful website and saw the different schemes that they offer, I couldn’t see any difference with normal insurance. Also, when I dialed the number on their website, I reached a conventional insurance company who told me that Takaaful is part of them and operates under their license. Can you please explain to me whether Takaaful is permissible or not. Jazakallah.

Woman communicating with non-mahram males for work reasons

Q: I am a woman who studied engineering and am now working from home for a network security company. For my work, I have to correspond with non-mahrams to give them updates. These chats are fully official and I try my best to keep them short and if possible, avoid them totally. I have to give an update to my boss everyday which requires, on average 5-7 texts every day, and sometimes, I need help from other co-workers so I communicate with them via chats without any video. Is my job permissible?

Paying for Extra Work

Q: A person pays a driver a monthly salary for a fixed pick-and-drop route. One day, he requests the driver to take a detour and make an additional stop (without discussing extra payment). The driver agrees and does so, and does not ask for extra money. Does the employer owe the driver money for the extra work?

Taking someone to court for refusing to move out of one's property

Q: A girl and her 7 year old son went to my mom to ask for a place to stay till she found a place to rent. On her first day she harassed and threatened my mom. She did not want to move out. Is it permissible to take court action against her. Also, what prayer or fast can I do for my mom because she is really scared and she feels that the home is in darkness.
