Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: 

1. In Islam, is it compulsory upon a person to exercise equality between his wives?
2. In which aspects does the husband have to exercise equality amongst his wives?
3. If a person has two wives, one young and one old, is equality waajib between both?
4. Can you explain the method of equal distribution of time between wives and does equality of time extend to the day as well or is it restricted to the night?
5. How will the husband divide his time equally amongst his wives if he works during the night and is free during the day?
6. Is there equality in sexual relations i.e. the number of times the husband had relations with one wife, is it compulsory upon him to have relations with the other wife the same number of times?
7. Does the husband still have to maintain equality in the night turns when he is ill?
8. Is there any sin if one perceives more love within his heart for one wife, though he shows equal attention and maintains equality between his wives?
9. Is equality waajib during a journey?

Q: How often does the husband have to fulfill the wife's conjugal rights.What if the wife wants it to be fulfilled every night?

Q: At what age is one deemed baalig? From what age does Salaat and fasting become compulsory?

Q: I apologise for the nature of my question. I understand the fatwa relating to oral sex however during relations with my wife is it permissible to stimulate/arouse her by kissing or sucking her clitoris - which is situated above the vagina/urethra and taking care not to get into contact with body fluids?

Q: During one's period, is the husband allowed to touch his wife from the belly button till her knees on her clothes? If not, can he at least hug her?

Q:

1. Is it permissible to use one's wife's body to derive sexual satisfaction, whilst she is asleep and therefore unaware?

2. I derived sexual pleasure in such a manner and thought to myself:

   • What if this is wrong

   • It's unlikely to be wrong and even if Islamically impermissible, who cares as it feels good doing this potentially impermissible act and that's the main thing. Its surely not the same as masturbation and hence I am continuing, which I did. I also thought what else am I supposed to do to satisfy my desires.  Would this be kufr?

Q: My friend performed his nikah (khutab) himself in presence of two male witness, is this nikah valid?
