Q: I am in the state of Ihraam. What do I do if I accidentally peeled off skin from my finger but it didn't bleed?

Q: A few years ago, I went for Hajj. May Allah Ta'ala forgive me, at that time (I can't remember if it was before or after Arafaat), I committed the terrible sin of masturbation. May Allah Ta'ala forgive me. What is the penalty for this? Also, does that act break ghusl? I doubt I made a ghusl after I committed that act. May Allah Ta'ala forgive me.

Q: I went on Umrah and while in the state of ihram I unintentionally washed my hands with soap and at that time I completely forgot that I am in a state of ihram. What should I do now?

Q: If a person in Hajj commits several violations of the same type, for example, if he forgetfully wears a topi on five different occasions, does he need to pay a penalty for each individual violation or will one penalty suffice (due to the principle of "tadaakhul")?

Q:

1. During hajj, on the 12th, if rami is done early in the morning instead of after zohar then what's the kaffarah?

2. If I mistakenly applied soap on my hands in ihram then I washed it quickly but there was still a slight smell on my hands then what's the kaffarah?

3. If 3 or more hairs fall by itself in ihram then what's the kaffarah? Should it be paid in the boundaries if the haram?

Q: If a woman is in the state of ihraam, and while removing her clothes, they touch her face, will damm or sadaqah be waajib?

Q: Would biting nails in the state of ihraam result in dam being waajib? If yes then what would be the dam in this situation?

Q: I would like to know what is the ruling on wearing niqab while praying and wearing niqab while making hajj. I have read that regarding hajj it is not permissible to wear niqab but rather to wear a covering of some sort? I do not understand what is meant by that.

Q: Are the following permissible in the state of Ihram:

1. Toothpaste?

2. Scented/unscented oil, soap, shampoo, etc?

3. Food with a nice smell?

4. Chewing gum (flavoured or unflavoured)?

5. Applying creams or lotion on the body?

Q: I performed Umrah with my face covered such that the veil was touching it for a duration less than 12 hours. Mufti sahab replied that I am supposed to give sadaqa. Please clarify:

1- What is the amount of sadaqa that I should give?

2- Should sadaqa be given to someone in Makkah Mukarramah or can I give it to someone in Karachi as I am residing here?
