Q: Porridge was made from breast milk of a certain woman and another child (under 2 yrs) happened to eat that same porridge. The second baby who the porridge was not meant for, ate 2 spoonfuls of it before they realized that there was breast milk inside. 

So, another Mufti was saying that because the milk hasn't come directly from the source, so the maslah of Rada'at doesn't apply. I just wanted to confirm, will Rada'at be established and will they be considered siblings or not? 

Details of the Porridge: 

Porridge is rice porridge, which is in powder form 
It was 3 tablespoons of powder mixed with 60-70 ml of breast milk and 2 drops of honey 
It was then put into the fridge 
Later on, to thin it out, just over a teaspoon of boiling water was put in. 

The porridge was not put on the stove

Q: According to sharia for a process of hiba to be completed requires 3 key steps 

1. Declaration by the owner that he/she is offering gift to a certain person 
2. Acceptance by the potential giftee 
3. Last key step called Qabd which is about taking constructive possession of the item gifted 

I would like to know when a hiba involves a constructed house, what will constitute the step of Qabd in such a case? 

Will transferring ownership on the document of title deed with the intention of handing over complete control of the house suffice or hiba will not be complete of a constructed house if the house keys along with title deed are not given to the person who it is being gifted too.

Q: I am feeling very despondent and like my yakeen and hope in Allah's help is at an all time low even though my amaal and ibaadat is at an all time high. 

I am doing different dhikrs for ease, for barakah in wealth, in getting good proposals for my daughters. I have been consistent with Tahajjud, dhikr, Quran, dua and also sitting in the company of the Ulama, attending dhikr programmes but it feels like my duas are not getting fulfilled, difficulties keep coming and I am beginning to question my imaan and this is making me extremely afraid that Allah is angry with me.

Q: I purchased a house and, during my lifetime, gifted it to my son. I completed the gift (Hibah), and full possession and ownership of the property were transferred to my son, with the property registered in his name. 

My question is: After my death, will this house still be considered part of my estate tarikah) and subject to Islamic inheritance laws, or will it remain my son's sole property since I gifted it to him during my lifetime?
