Q: I have a problem of bleeding gums. The bleeding occurs anytime during the day or night. Sometimes I am unaware of it and other times I spit and rinse my mouth when I get taste in my mouth. My questions are 

1. How do I maintain wudu in this state? This is causing me to perform wudu multiple times sometimes. 

2. How do I fast? I try my best to rinse my mouth continuously when I am awake to avoid swallowing. But I am worried about when I am asleep and don't know if I swallowed or not. 

3. If my fasts are becoming invalid what is the kaffarah I need to pay? Should I pay for all the previous Ramadans because I am not sure about when I started suffering from the bleeding gums problem.

Q: My brother sells Christmas trees, Christmas related products on which happy Christmas is written and he paid my education fee. 

Will my income be halaal if i use the knowledge as a job or business that I get from my education and can I live in his house that he made from this money? 

Also, he gave me a laptop that he bought from that money and I work on the laptop as a freelancer. I use the Internet on this laptop and he also pays the bill of this Internet from that money. Will my income be halaal that I make from that money?

Q: I am a single mother (not divorced) living with my parents. I do not pay rent or utility bills, but I manage all other expenses for myself and my baby, including food, clothes, diapers, milk, etc. 

The baby’s father sends a small amount (around 20,000 PKR) monthly — sometimes not even that. 

I work from home and earn about 1.5 lakh PKR per month by helping university students write their assignments, reports, and research papers. I use tools like ChatGPT to generate answers and then rephrase the content using other software. I work very hard and honestly, but now I’m very worried: Is this income halal or haram in Islam? 

I want to raise my son as a Hafiz-e-Quran and a good Muslim. I don’t want to feed him with haram money, but this is the only source of income I have right now. I am very stressed and confused. Please guide me according to Islamic teachings.

Q: This year while performing hajj, the Saudi Government directed the pilgrims to start performing the 12th dhul hijja rami after Fajr due to excessive heat and overcrowding to avoid any untoward situation. So, we performed the rami before zawal on 12th dhul hijja. 

Is my hajj acceptable or do I need to perform anything to compensate for performing rami before zawal? Are there any rulings or views of scholars on performing rami before zawal?

Q: My daughter is of 4 months old. My mother in law trying to keep my baby away from me and taking my baby away from me. Please pray for me and my baby to get close to each other and my mother in law must not come between both of us.

Q: I read the translation of Surah Fatah 2 days ago. In the last paragraph, Allah says mumin are strict/cruel for kuffar and soft for each other. They look for Allah's rehmat/fazal in rukoo and sujood. They have MEHRAB on their forehead (as a result of salah). 

I have been offering my prayer for 2 and half years. I have tried my best not to leave any salah but I have no mehrab. Does it mean I need any improvement?

Q: Can you please advise me on the following matter: 

A girl was married and is now divorced from her husband. There was a child (female) from that marriage. The girl is now going to perform Nikah with someone else. 

What is the position/relationship of the child (who is now reaching puberty) to her stepfather? Is the stepfather her mahram or non-mahram?
