Printing personal emails at work

Q: A person prints a personal email, document, etc., from his employer. There is a subtle allowance and a fair use policy in place. As a Muslim, is there anything forbidden in this practice?

A: Whatever is permissible to print according to the Shari’ah will be permissible, since the company has allowed the employees to use the equipment.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
