Q: I saw myself racing with another Muslim (an Aalim) in a dream. He was on a bicycle but I was running barefoot. Why was I running barefoot? What does running/racing barefoot mean?
A: Perhaps you both aim towards the same goals and objectives and hope to make progress in Deen. Since he is a means of motivation for you in the line of service you are involved in, you have seen yourself competing with him. Seeing him riding a bicycle while you are walking barefoot is an indication that he has more resources then you.
