How to distribute one's property during one's lifetime?

Q: We are 3 sisters and 2 brothers. 1 brother is married and has three children, 1 boy 2 girls. My father has a house which was built with 4 lakhs 14 years ago. Now we want to give everyone his shares in the property. My parents are alive and my sister in law is alive. My parents do not have sibilings.

A: If your father wishes to distribute it to his children in his lifetime he may do so by giving each child an equal share.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
