Q: What type of clothing is considered Islamic for a woman?
A: Women should wear clothing that is neither tight fitting nor reveals the figure and shape of the body. A woman’s clothing should cover and conceal her entire body. Similarly, a woman should avoid clothing that resembles the fashion and style of the disbelievers and in which there is extravagance and ostentation.
