Times for a ma'zoor to renew his wudhu

Q: I understand that a Ma'zoor has to renew his wudhu for each salaah.

1. My question is that when the time for fajr ends, can I make a new wudhu as soon as fajr ends or do I have to wait for the sun to completely rise.

2. When does this wudhu end (from sunrise to what time)?

A:

1. Make it when the time ends.

2. Right until the end of zuhr.
