India courts ruling against three talaaqs

Q: India courts has ruled against triple talaaq. Can you guide me on this judgement?

A: As Muslims, the supreme authority is Allah Ta`ala. There is no authority above Allah Ta`ala. So if anybody rules against it then his ruling has got no effect. Like for example, if a person living in Japan does not agree with the Indian government his disagreement is of no essence.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
