Faraaidh of Ghusal for the mayyit

Q: Are the same three things farz in the ghusl of the mayyit, wet the mouth, nose and rinse the whole body once?
A: No. Gargling the mouth and rinsing the nose is not fardh when giving ghusal to the mayyit except in the case where it is known that the mayyit passed away in the state of janaabat.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
(ويوضأ) من يؤمر بالصلاة (بلا مضمضة واستنشاق) للحرج وقيل يفعلان بخرقة وعليه العمل اليوم ولو كان جنبا أو حائضا أو نفساء فعلا اتفاقا تتميما للطهارة كما في إمداد الفتاح مستمدا من شرح المقدسي ويبدأ بوجهه ويمسح رأسه قال في الشامية : (قوله ويبدأ بوجهه) أي لا يغسل يديه أولا إلى الرسغين (رد المحتار على الدر المختار 2/195-196) (الفتاوى الهندية 1/158)
