Changing one's date of birth
Q: Is it permissible to change birth year in the birth certificate? My parents put my age one year younger than the real age. There is no way to change it now. Is it okay?

A: Since your parents had made a mistake and there is no way to change it (as you had mentioned), there is no problem by you writing the date of birth in your legal documents as it is written in your birth certificate.
