Touching impure dry items

Q: My husband bought chocolate the other day, the one he bought didn't have alcohol but I noticed some of the chocolates did have alcohol. Since the workers of the shop use one spatula to lift all the chocolates and give it to you, would this make my husband's hands and everything he subsequently touched after touching and eating the chocolate napaak?

A: These are all dry substances and if the hand did not get soiled nor did any moisture get onto it then it is not napaak.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: I am not sure whether moisture got onto his hand as he was out for quite a while, he could have perspired, also I am not sure but I think it could have been drizzling as well. Would I need to wash everything he touched thrice?

A: If you cannot confirm that any napaaki was on his hand then don't unnecessarily entertain this thought.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
