Q:

1. Agr koi unmarried boy kisi ladki se pyar krta ho aur kasam khaye k uske alawa kisi se shadi ni krega pr bad me wo kisi aur se shadi krle to kya uski shadi sahi hogi?

2. Koi shakhs Allah Quran ki kasam kha kr ye bole k agr mene ye kam kiya to meri hone wali biwi mujh pr haram ho jayegi (jisse us ladke ki shadi honi h uska name lekr bole) aur wo shakhs us kam ko krleta h to kya ab uski hone wali biwi us pr haram hogai? Wo usse shadi kaise kre ab dono mamlato pr alag alag roshni daliyega

1. Jee, lekin qasam ka kaffarah de.

2. Haraam nahi hogi.
