Passing away in the month of Ramadan and on a Friday
Q: Is there any virtue mention in the hadith on dying in the month of Ramadan and the day of Friday?
A: In regard to passing away on friday, the Hadith appears in Tirmizi Shareef. Regarding passing away in the month or Ramadhaan, the Hadith appear in Jaamiul Ahaadith of Allama Suyuti (Rahimahullah).
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي و أبو عامر العقدي قالا حدثنا هشام بن سعد عن سعيد بن أبي هلال عن ربيعة بن سيف عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم ما من مسلم يموت يوم الجمعة أو ليلة الجمعة إلا وقاه الله فتنة القبر (ترمذي #1074)
من وافق موته عند انقضاء رمضان دخل الجنة ومن مات عند انقضاء عرفة دخل الجنة (أبو نعيم فى الحلية عن ابن مسعود)أخرجه أبو نعيم فى الحلية (5/23) وقال : غريب . (جامع الأحاديث للسيوطي #24089)

A: The one who passes away before the completion of Ramadhaan will enter Jannah.

Q: The hadith refers to death in the month of Ramadhaan, does it mean the end of Ramadhaan (not the whole Ramadhaan)?
A: The Hadith refers to anyone passing away anytime during the month of Ramadhan.
