I wish to live separately from my in-laws

Q: I want my husband to follow Islamic way of living and I want to stay apart from my mother in-law and father in-law. They don't follow sunnah. They all are modern and away from Allah. I don't want my child to follow the wrong path. Please suggest to me any wazaif so my husband agrees and keeps us in a different house.

A: We suggest that you refer to a pious senior Aalim who deals with marital problems. After studying your case and consulting your husband he will be able to assist you.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: I want my husband and in-laws to follow the 5 pillars of Islam. I am tired of advising him. He does not perform namaaz, does not fast, takes interest and listens to music day and night. He goes to babas to break magic to increase wealth, and to pay his debts. I want to stay away from my in-laws. Once my husband is with me he will change. Please advise any wazaaif for my problems.

A: Ask your husband to attend the gatherings of the pious servants of Allah Ta'ala. Refer to http://muftionline.co.za/node/1609
