Inserting a tissue in the private part to prevent discharge
Q:
1. If a woman has a leucorrhea discharge problem and she knows after an hour or so she will experience a discharge but after performing ablution she inserts a tissue in the private area and offers her prayers the whole day knowing the fact that the discharge will be there when she will remove the tissue, will the salah perform in such condition be valid?
2. What is the shariah ruling regarding this?
3. Should she remove the tissue, clean and wipe the private area and then perform a fresh ablution when she knows she discharged?
4. If she does not insert the tissue and she offers her prayer and in the prayer she feels the discharge, will the wudhu break? Does she need to perform salaah again?
A:
1 - 3. Yes. The salaah will be valid.
4. If she is sure that there was discharge then the wudhu breaks.

(وينقضه خروج) كل خارج (نجس) بالفتح ويكسر (منه) أي من المتوضىء الحي معتادا أو لا من السبيلين أو لا (إلى ما يطهر) بالبناء للمفعول أي يلحقه حكم التطهير ثم المراد بالخروج من السبيلين مجرد الظهور
قال العلامة ابن عابدين - رحمه الله -: (قوله: كل خارج) لعل فائدته التعميم من أول الأمر لئلا يتوهم اختصاص النجس بالمعتاد أو الكثر تأمل (رد المحتار 1/ 134-136)
المعاني الناقضة للوضوء كل ما يخرج من السبيلين لقوله تعالى أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ وقيل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما الحدث قال ما يخرج من السبيلين وكلمة ما عامة فتتناول المعتاد وغيره والدم والقيح إذا خرجا من البدن فتجاوزا إلى موضع يلحقه حكم التطهير والقي ملء الفم (الهداية 1/17)
