Baseless notions regarding the month of Safar

Q: I need to know the reference and authenticity of the following Hadith about the month of Safar: Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Anyone who gives me the good news that he survived Safar, I will give him the good news of that person's entering Paradise". Is this Hadith authentic and can it be quoted?

A: This narration is a fabrication and hence should not be quoted.

من بشرني بخروج صفر بشرته بالجنة. قال القاري: في الموضوعات، تبعًا للصغاني: لا أصل له. (كشف الخفاء، الرقم: 2418)

حديث: من بشرني بخروج صفر بشرته بالجنة. لا أصل له (الموضوعات الكبرى، الرقم: 473)

حديث: من بشرني بخروج (صفر) بشرته بالجنة. قال الصنعاني: موضوع. وكذا قال العراقي (الفوائد المجموعة في الأحاديث الموضوعة ص438)
